It basically started as JAS Construction and Consultancy that lasted for more than 3 years of operation. Later, engaged to a business partnership and it was loudly known as Wapco Builders Corporation and it also existed and lasted for more than two years of operation with most implemented projects were located in Xavier Estates, this city.
